VISION
To assist the marginalized community to achieve their improved health and socio economic status
MISSION
- To promote women health and facilitate health services for TB, RCH & AIDS eradication, community health yoga and naturopathy with the active participation of the community.
- To formulate and promote Self Help Groups of economically backward slum women.
- To promote Consumer Welfare Programmes for economic development of the community.
- To create awareness on social issues in different areas.
- To act in close co-ordination with Government, Funding Agencies and other like-minded NGO’s for delivery of services development of the community.
Strengths
The organization has been working in almost all areas as per the vision mentioned in its bylaws. The organization is one of the best performing TI NGO among 107 TI NGO Intervention in the state. The organization has a significant presence in west Delhi with excellent rapport with community specially marginalized women. The team working in the organization is young and dynamic with professional background in management, communication, mid media and theatre. The organization has a unique community mobilization strategy using mid media and theatre .The organization has been able to provide the livelihood opportunities to marginalized women through micro finance, vocational training, financial assistance by Delhi Governement. The organization has established excellent linkages with state and local bodies like Government bodies (ICDS, Directorate of Social Welfare, MCD, Hospitals, Police etc), NGOs and other like minded organizations
